I ran towards the sound of Roi's voice.

I stopped and looked around, and looked at Roi.

I closed my eyes.
"I'm sorry about Adrastos. When we get out of here. We'll find him."
:~~Rayan:
"We were caught in the bomb explosion." I breathed, watching the light from my palms spreading through Daku's body. "Are you alright?" I asked, and Daku nodded. >Roi<

"It was like... This.magnetic pull in my head.. Leading me here...." I explained. "To a trap?" I wondered out loud. "And this is my.... Friend. Daku." I said >Roi<

"Did anything else happen? We should get out of here... Is he okay?"

I stared at Roi and Daku. A trap? This was a war... why was there traps?

"Ugh... I said, rubbing my head as my eyes turned black and then back again. "I think I'm okay.... Oh! Shi!" I suddenly remembered.and ran up to her.

I was able to prop myself against a tree, every ounce of me feeling broken. I slowly and painfully tyrned back human.

I decided to explore the lake a little bit. I swam towards the middle of the lake. I looked at my things to make sure they were still there. I slowly sunk down towards of the bottom. I didn't bother taking a breath, well, because I didn't even need to. I let my eyes adjust to the murky water.

I noticed across the burnt clearing that two non-human humanoids were now there, and I narrowed my eyes in curiosity.

I saw something glint from the corner of my eye.I looked up and noticed that some rays of the sun seeped through the water's surface.I noticed that the glint was caused by something buried in the sand,dirt,or whatever the ground was made of.I began to swim towards it.

Shi opened her eyes, brushing herself off as the glowling light faded from her.
ReplyDelete"C'mon, we have to go before they start following." I muttered through my teeth, and Daku nodded, following me back to Aether, with Shi trailing behind.

I brushed off the sand,making the sand whoosh everywhere. I revealed an old shiny gold watch. Under the watch and dark patch of some kind of clothing. I tugged it out.It turned out that I was a cloak.The watch was floating and I grabbed it quickly and surfaced once again.

I noticed the cloak wasn't actually a cloak but it turned out to be an old-style captain's cloak.I wondered if there was anymore stuff at the bottom.Slipping on the coat and shoved the watch into the pockets and sank back down. I began to dig.

"How do you know we'll find Adrastos? He could be dead..."

"Are we dead? No. So I doubt they would kill a dragon rider."

I nodded, stretching my wings out, just barely keeping Kahn from taking over.

I grumbled and leaped into the trees, feeling safer up there. Arcana followed me, her eyes watching the ground below carefully.

I kept digging,but couldn't find anything. Another thing that I found quite odd what that my lateral line wasn't detecting anything in the water.As if nothing lived here anymore. I swam back to where my stuff was. I dried off a little and then dressed my self again. I rolled up my pants so they wouldn't get wet as I set my feet into the water. I guess I would probably stay a day or two. I had set the coat out to dry. I started going through my head what I should prepare for an overnight stay outside.
